I finally got a few minutes today to go out and do a few quick shots around the yard. I've been experimenting with the HDR technique and finding it pretty interesting. We had mom and dad's anniversary party yesterday and it was really nice. The new deck is almost complete...you can see some of it in the top photo. We've been so busy with that and the kids we haven't had much time to do anything else. So I'm hoping to go into Ottawa tomorrow and find a Tokina 11-16mm wide angle lens in stock somewhere because I just sold my 70-200. I'm still trying to sell my D300 and then maybe try and save up for the newer 70-200 VRII lens. Anyway we're still homeless and unemployed so really I shouldn't be getting anything but I need to have some fun! I'll add some kiddy pics tomorrow...and maybe some super wide angle ones too.
